An introduction to conkers
September 26, 2013
Camilla introduced me to the autumn English tradition of ‘conkers’, where you put a hole through a horse chestnut, attached string then take goes at trying to destroy another’s. Sounds vicious but is actually not as ferocious as it sounds as you are supposed to aim for the conker, not the human.
Rafa proudly displaying his use of the horse chestnuts – very impressive!
