Big chair, little person, much sun

FINALLY – real hot summer sun started to beat down upon us, necessitating a trip to a this far unknown park – Treptower. On our way from there to Gorlitzer Park we found some interesting new sights: outdoor swimming pool, massive indoor market, and this gigantaur chair, lighting and grass covered car space.

After about 10 solid days of computer land, Cam was able to leave the confines of the wohnung only to find himself further entrapped in this fishnet web with strobe lights, also known as the entrance to a venue to see some bands play.

Tourists in town

As well as trying all the beers on offer at the local dairies, Cam and Scott also embraced some full tourist activity time in the sun at Postdam. Niiiice.

Beer

Beer in the street, beer in the bar, beer at the restaurant, beer walking from the restaurant to the park, beer in the park, beer in the u-bahn, beer in the s-bahn, beer in all your dairies, beer at the food market, beer at the internet cafes, beer in the house, beer from the house to the park…and THEN what type of beer would you like? There is….(food in the corner of Cam’s mouth).

Cam and Scott enjoying some Erdingers at ‘Frankie’, a bar in Kreuzberg with many a punk poster. They were playing NOFX when we entered.

Landsberger offers much berger

Our friends have studios at an old brewery on Landsberger Allee. We finally got to explore most of the maze like building on an evening which included many performances, beers, live artwork and exhibitions. Excellente spot.
