With temperatures soaring to 39 degrees there is a lot of park hangtime and forever seeking the next thirst quencher. This was our first venture into “Hassenheide”, a large park in Neukoln – the open tundra behind us was no place for us to bathe this day.

For an evening our 9 square metre bedroom/studio/office also turned into a table tennis arena, here starring Robin and Cam, with DJ 1994 managing the beats and obstacles.

FINALLY – real hot summer sun started to beat down upon us, necessitating a trip to a this far unknown park – Treptower. On our way from there to Gorlitzer Park we found some interesting new sights: outdoor swimming pool, massive indoor market, and this gigantaur chair, lighting and grass covered car space.

After about 10 solid days of computer land, Cam was able to leave the confines of the wohnung only to find himself further entrapped in this fishnet web with strobe lights, also known as the entrance to a venue to see some bands play.

As well as trying all the beers on offer at the local dairies, Cam and Scott also embraced some full tourist activity time in the sun at Postdam. Niiiice.
